Frank is a visual storyteller born in Caracas, forged alongside technicians, artists, and dreamers. His 20-year career tells a story of constant evolution. He dedicated his first 15 years to deep technical immersion as a video assist, camera assistant, and operator, building the solid foundation for his last 5 years as a Cinematographer. This journey, traveled from the ground up, gave him profound respect for every role on set and allows him today to lead fiction, commercial, and documentary productions with a comprehensive vision.
His lens has demonstrated unique adaptability across Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the United States. He has left his visual mark on diverse projects ranging from the international action blockbuster xXx: Return of Xander Cage and the award-winning Dominican film Cocote, to high-impact TV formats like Shark Tank Mexico. His portfolio includes collaborations on successes such as Blue and Not So Pink (Goya Award winner), Death’s Roulette (Paramount+), and series like Candy Cruz (HBO Max).
